oh yes! a Des Moines ruffle skirt, and yes, it's not a mini! And while skirts are now available in a longer design, nat's hair has gone shorter! She looks so different! the "anja" works so well on her!
We are always working on new designs and this week we have some very exciting ones, we'll keep you posted!

Guns 'n' Roses!

They are Des Moines skirts and they are new! there is a ton of new colour combinations and they all have that perfect Des Moines length, not too long not too short! hey, we spotted one at the Macbeth two weeks ago.
If you must know we have joined the gym! Funnily enough it has a weird effect on our musical taste. Nothing trendy makes our muscles move so while training we ditch chromatics or the teenagers and we feed our ears with the 80's hour on virgin radio!

Pumping Iron

Contrasting pictures of Nat taken the same day . Here we have the Grace dress, a beautiful bias cut skirt with a sexy see-thru blue chiffon top. And the Kyra dress, with our classical puffball shape the top is the stunning fabric we used for the gold post punk top with a black pique skirt. the trimming on the neckline is so luxurious!.

The Last days of Colour

After finally watching sci-fi cult movie Liquid sky we felt inspired and we shot some of our latest designs that suited that mood. As you can see we got carried away with the hairspray!

Dirty Projectors!

It's fancy to look back at your work and to see an evolution of the things you create. i remember when we were doing those lovely one-offs for the shop with fabrics found here and there, or our trips to dalston market to buy lace and trimmings for the ts launch. Then over x-mas we started doing less heavy cotton and more silky and also all those quilted fabrics and bold adornaments, like the satin dress with that artdeco triming in the neckline or the puffball quilted dress itself had a bow with a vintage botton made of checoslovaquian crystal, heavy stuff!. After that it was the mood change era, bare and settle, with lots of chiffon, layered chiffon, ruffled chiffon, printed chiffon....and now, well we have sooo many new ideas, you can see a return to lace with the nude-ity dress, and prints we love, proper vintage prints, i mean when you spent 3 summers of your life selling vintage dresses in Brick Lane, let me tell you, you know what a proper print is.

Maybe, maybe, maybe....that's the answer a friend of mine has to everything, lets leave all in the air....

This is a sample of a new style we are working on, we never show samples but we are so excited about this one, it's so cool you can't apreciate it much but the skirt has such a nice cut, it's in an angle but its not bias cut, very flattering.

The postpunk top featured a few weeks ago is sold out in all its options, success!. We like to keep things interesting so instead of buying another fabric and make the same, we thought it be cool to give it a revamp, and now it's a dress! with a rope belt! the fire option went straight to the stores on friday and there was no time to take proper pic, fashion is so fast! the gold option was finished like and hour ago so it'll be in stores tomorrow tuesday.

The second one is the oh-so-famous ange dress with a fresh combination of coral and deep red, we call it ange tropical! we are a bit high on vitamin d, sorry for the crazy names.
